What is significant about where Peter made his statement about Who Jesus was?

What is the ‘rock‘ that Jesus would build His church upon? Was it a man?

Pastor Michael talked about how Jesus builds His true church today, and he mentioned doing three things: Come to the Rock, Speak to the Rock, and Sing to the Rock. Explain in your own words, what each of these means, and why they’re important.

Read Ephesians 5:18-19 and talk about what it looks like to “sing and make music in your heart to the Lord“. Why is this an important aspect of the Christian’s walk? Can someone be a Christian and NOT be a worshipper?
